Just Because Hello with The Ton - 2017

This was one of those cards that just came together perfectly and I love how it turned out!

I stamped the sunflower from The Ton's "Fresh Cut Sunflowers Coordinating Outlines" with VersaMark and then heat embossed with Gold embossing powder by Ranger.  I colored it with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and then fussy cut it.  Next I stamped the layering leaves and stem from the "Fresh Cut Sunflowers" set and die cut the panel with a stitched rectangle.  The sentiment is from My Favorite Things "Polynesian Paradise" and was stamped and heat embossed the same as the sunflower.

Birthday Card with My Favorite Things - 2017

I had a lot of fun creating this card for my sister's birthday!

I stamped and colored the dragon from "Magical Dragons" by MFT then did partial die cutting to leave the bottom portion where I stamped the sentiment from "Rainbow of Happiness" by MFT.  For the background, I used a few images from "Bring on the Cake" by Sugar Pea Designs that were heat embossed using Sparkle embossing powder by Hero Arts and then ink blended a "galaxy" with Distress Inks.

Sympathy Card with My Favorite Things - 2017

This was a card that I made for a friend who lost her sister to cancer.

I used "Peaceful Wildflowers" by My Favorite Things stamped in VersaFine on a ink smooshed background that I made with a few Tombow Dual Brush Pens and water.  The sentiment is from the set "Sharon's Script" by Brutus Monroe.

Sympathy Card with Altenew - 2017

This was created using the "Fresh Freesia" by Altenew.  I white heat embossed it, then colored it with my Tombow Dual Brush Pens.  I used the matching die and them glued it to a background that I watercolored with Distress Ink that I cut using one of the In & Out Stitched Rectangles from MFT.

The sentiment is a blend of "Hello World" from Catherine Pooler Designs and "Brushwork Alphabet" from Stampin' Up.  I added a few sequins from Pretty Pink Posh to finish it off.

Sympathy Card with Avery Elle - 2017

I used the Avery Elle "Floral Bouquet" to create this sympathy card.

This is a one layer card where I embossed the image in white embossing powder and the colored it up with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.  One complete it felt like it needed a little something extra.  So I used a small butterfly from Newton's Nook "Beautiful Wings and popped it on the card with a foam dot.
